  • Are the cards sent to me, or directly to the recipient?

    We can send cards to you to fill out or send them directly to your recipient. Select “Send Card straight to the Recipient” in the delivery drop down when you create an occasion, we will send the card straight to your recipient.

    If you choose to send a card direct to your recipient, Greetfully can print a custom, personalized message in most cards.

    With custom messages and direct to recipient shipping, Greetfully to makes it easy to show you care no matter how busy life gets and no matter where life takes you.

  • When Will Greetfully Ship My Card

    If you create an occasion with enough time before the occasion date, Greetfully will send you a preview email several weeks before your occasion. You will then have three days to review the card.

    Whether you select the card we recommend or pick a different one, we will ship the card to you about two weeks before the occasion date so you will have plenty of time to fill it out and send to your recipient.

  • What if I need it faster?
    If you select an occasion date that falls inside our normal 16 day processing window, you will have one day to preview your card.We guarantee that your card will be in the mail the second day after your order.We ship via USPS First Class Mail will usually takes around three business days.

  • What if I miss the preview email?
    We know you are busy so if you don’t get the chance to review your greeting card preview email, we will send you card we selected for you at the end of your review period. That way, you never miss an important day.
  • Can I pick which card I want for each occasion?
    Absolutely! A few weeks before the occasion you can view the card we've suggested by clicking the 'Preview Card' button in the 'My Occasions' section on the Greetfully website. If you want to select a different card or just see what we have to offer, simply click the 'Choose a Specific Card' button below the suggested card. You can change the card up until the 'Will Ship On' date in 'My Occasions'. If you forget to pick a specific card or just don't want to, never fear! We'll automatically send you the card we suggested for your occasion so you have a great card in time.
  • Why can't I see all your cards now? Why can't I pick my cards out now?
    We're focused on variety and quality. We're constantly updating our inventory and adding great new designers to make sure that you're getting an amazing and fresh selection of cards. Because of this, the cards we have available when you enter an occasion might be different than what we have when the occasion actually comes (e.g. a birthday a year away). Our future cards will still be the same great quality and general style, which is why we have sample cards on our website for you to browse. We just want to make sure you know what you'll be getting when the occasion actually arrives.
  • Is this a one time order? What about next year?

    When you enter an occasion, we'll renew your order automatically each year to make sure you keep getting cards. You'll never have to worry about forgetting another occasion!

    Greetfully has great cards for annual occasions like birthdays and anniversaries as well as one-time occasions like graduations and get well greeting cards.

  • Whoa wait. If it's recurring, what happens if I no longer want the service?
    You can cancel any or all occasions at any time before they've shipped for any reason. Period.
  • Can I customize my card?

    Absolutely. When placing your order, simply select the Custom Messaging option that you want. In some cases additional fees may apply.

  • What kind of payments do you accept?
    We accept all four major credit card carriers or debit cards that support these carriers: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
  • Is my payment secure?
    Absolutely! We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to accept all four major credit cards safely and securely for our customers. The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through credit card processing networks using 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions. They use Industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information. Compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). So basically no worries here, your payment is super safe.
  • Are my cards going to look alright when they show up at my house?
    Of course! Each card is packaged in a sealed cellophane bag and then shipped in a rigid mailer to make sure it arrives to you in great condition.
  • Are the cards blank inside?
    Most of our cards have a simple inside message. A few of our card cover images are perfect on their own and have a blank interior. Once you receive the reminder email a few weeks before the occasion, you can then see both the front and the inside the cards via the 'My Occasions' section on the Greetfully website. Simply click on the image of the card and the interior will show.
  • Is there a fee to join?
    Not at all! You just pay for each occasion and any extra stamp you order.
  • What should I expect in my first shipment?
    The card you already previewed along with an envelope all sealed in a cellophane bag and if you have ordered stamp then expect that too :)
  • What if I don't send that many cards?
    No problem. You can sign up for as little as one card. No monthly fees or minimums.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    You can cancel any or all occasions at any time before they've shipped for any reason. Period.
  • What if I made some errors in setting up my account?

    Currently, we ship anywhere within the United States.
  • Can I pay with a check or Paypal?
    Sorry, currently we do not accept checks or Paypal. Only major credit and debit cards.
